Sarah Cowley -

Sarah is an Olympian and trained physiotherapist who is passionate about living a full life by looking after your health and wellbeing. She draws on her long career in track and field as a heptathlete and high jumper and her experience as a physiotherapist to provide sensible fitness advice. Sarah’s sporting career highlight was fulfilling a lifelong dream to compete at the Olympics, which she did in the heptathlon at the 2012 London Olympics. She has been contributing to the Healthy Food Guide since 2015.When not writing for Healthy Food Guide and other media outlets, Sarah enjoys spending time with her young family and husband Angus, preferably outdoors doing something active.
