Chocolate baskets

  • 2 cups fresh cherries or fresh strawberries
  • 8 fresh mint leaves

    1 Microwave chocolate melts in a large shallow bowl on high for 1 minute. Stir. If you find solid bits, microwave for 10 more seconds and stir. Repeat until chocolate is completely melted. Cool slightly.

    2 Spread a layer of melted chocolate onto squares of bubble wrap (bubble side up), and place these into cups or muffin tins. Refrigerate.

    3 Remove from containers and fill with fresh fruit. Decorate with mint and give on the same day.

    Variations

    Make it gluten free: Use gluten-free chocolate.
