Feijoa flip

Try our feijoa flip in place of traditional egg nog.

  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon bitters
  • ½ cup ice
  • 330ml bottle chilled feijoa kombucha
  • peel of 1 lemon, to garnish
  • edible flowers, to garnish

    1 In a cocktail shaker, vigorously shake the first three ingredients.

    2 Add ice and shake like crazy to make it nice and foamy.

    3 Pour kombucha into two coupe glasses. Carefully pour egg white mixture over the back of a spoon onto the kombucha so it stays floating on top.

    4 Garnish with lemon peel and edible flowers and serve immediately.
