  • ¼ cup crumbled goat’s cheese
  • 75g thinly sliced papaya
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, shredded

    1 Spread sourdough with half the goat’s cheese. Top with papaya slices, then drizzle over honey. Serve scattered with remaining goat’s cheese and fresh mint leaves.
