Berry lemon smash

This fruity mocktail is the ultimate 5-minute refresher — muddled berries, a pop of lemon and a light fizzy finish. Summer sipping sorted!

Ingredients

- 4 blackberries, plus extra to garnish
- 4 raspberries, plus extra to garnish
- 30ml Bickford’s No Added Sugar Raspberry cordial
- pinch of salt
- 30ml lemon juice
- ½ cup soda waterclub soda seltzer waterX or ginger kombucha

Instructions
1 Muddle blackberries, raspberries, cordial and salt in a glass until juices are released and the pieces are small enough to fit through a straw.
2 Add lemon juice then fill glass with ice.
3 Top with soda water or ginger kombucha, then stir well.
4 Garnish with berries. Serve and enjoy!
