Ingredients
Units: Metric | Imperial (US)
- ½ head cauliflower, cut in florets
- 250g reduced-fat cream cheese
- ⅓ cup dried oregano
- 400g can black beans, drained, rinsed
Instructions
1 Microwave cauliflower florets until tender for 4 minutes on high, then check. These are your brain bits.
2 Shape spoonfuls of cream cheese into a ball and roll each ball in oregano (leave a few patches white).
3 Stud each cheese ball with a few beans. This is your rot.
4 Arrange brains and rot on a plate and serve.
