

Sticky honey soy marinade
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons reduced-salt soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped red chilli
- 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger

Instructions
1 Place all ingredients in a bowl, mixing well to combine. Use to marinate chicken, fish or tofu for at least an hour before cooking.
Variations
If you want to make a gluten-free version of this marinade, use a gluten-free hoisin sauce & a gluten-free reduced-salt soy sauce.
