- chilli lime butter (or other seasoned butter)
1 Simply pull back the husks and twist to form a handle, tie with a strip of husk or some twine. Remove the threads and brush lightly with oil, or season with a chilli lime butter or other seasoned butter.
2 Place cobs on the grill and toast them till the kernels are golden brown (don’t forget to turn them).
