Chilli bean and cheese toast topper
- ½ x 420g can chilli beans
- 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 4 tablespoons mashed avocado
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat grated cheddar (we used Mainland Noble)
1 Heat chilli beans in a microwave-safe dish.
2 Spread sourdough with avocado. Top with beans and sprinkle with cheese. Grill on high for 2 minutes, or until cheese melts.
