

Choc-orange parfaits
Ingredients
- ¼ cup drinking chocolate powder
- ½ cup boiling water
- 4 oranges, pith removed
- 225g slab sponge cake, cut in 24 cubes
- ⅔ cup low-fat chocolate custard (we used Weight Watchers instant chocolate custard)
- 20g dark chocolate, peeled into curls

Instructions
1 Combine chocolate powder and water in a bowl. Mix well. Cool. Separate oranges into segments.
2 Place 6 sponge cubes into each base of 4 tall glasses. Drizzle 1 tablespoon chocolate mixture over sponge. Top with 1 tablespoon custard and orange segments. Repeat layering, and end with orange segments. Serve decorated with chocolate curls.
HFG tip
We used Ernest Adams unfilled sponge with 3.6% fat. Use a similarly low-fat sponge.
