Fish burgers with avo salsa
(at time of publication)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 sachet (100g) ready-made guacamole (we used Fressure — Spicy) or ½ avocado, mashed, with ¼ cup chopped fresh coriandercilantroX
- spray oil
- 400g tarakihi fillets
- To serve
- 4 wholegrain rolls
- 2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 2 carrots, grated
1 To make salsa, combine tomatoes and guacamole.
2 Heat a non-stick frying pan with oil spray and fry fish until cooked.
3 To serve, divide fish among rolls, add lettuce, carrot and top with salsa.
Make it gluten free: Use gluten-free bread rolls.
