Bean and corn burrito wraps
Ingredients
- ¼ of 410g can sweet corn sweetcornXkernels, drained
- ¼ of 429g can chilli beans
- ½ red onion, finely sliced
- 2 flour tortillas
- 2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 2 tablespoons grated mozzarella

Instructions
1 Combine corn kernels, chilli beans and sliced onion – heat in microwave.
2 Warm tortillas in a microwave.
3 Assemble lettuce and cheese on the warmed tortillas, top with warmed bean corn mix, fold up the bottom and wrap up to enclose.
