Salmon with asparagus
Nutrition Info.(per serve)
- 2 x 150g salmon steaks
- 5 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 small lemon, juice
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 1 bunch asparagus (about 8 spears)

1 Take 2 squares of cooking foil and place a salmon steak in the centre of each. Sprinkle over wine and lemon juice.
2 Season with pepper and top with 1 sprig of thyme. Seal foil to make parcels.
3 Trim asparagus. Arrange in 2 bundles wrapped in foil.
4 Place salmon parcels in the top of a steamer or in a colander over a pan of simmering water. Steam parcels for 20-25 minutes. Steam asparagus bundles for 8 minutes, until tender. Serve.
