

Apple and sultana crumble
Ingredients
- 5 apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup sultanasgolden raisinsX
- 2 tablespoons runny honey
- 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oatsoatmeal uncookedX
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat spread
- 1/4 cup castor sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 small scoops low-fat vanilla ice cream,
- to serve

Instructions
1 Heat the oven to 190°C/fan 170°C/gas 5. Put the apples, sultanas, honey and 2 tablespoons cold water in a large saucepan, then stir over a medium heat until the mixture comes to the boil. Reduce to a simmer, then cover and cook for 5 min or until the apples are just tender. Transfer the mixture to a 1.25 litre baking dish.
2 Put the flour and oats in a mixing bowl, then rub in the spread with your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the topping over the apple mixture, then bake for 20 min or until golden. Serve with the vanilla ice cream.
