Carrot cake smoothie bowl
- Kenwood Blender
- 1 small frozen banana, peeled
- 1 large or 2 small carrots, peeled, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Ceres Organics Wholegrain Rolled OatsOatmeal uncookedX
- 1 tablespoon Tasti Desiccated Coconut
- 1 cup Sanitarium So Good Lite Soy Milk
- ½ teaspoon Ceres Organics Ground Cinnamon
- pinch Ceres Organics Ground Ginger
- pinch Countdown Select Ground Nutmeg
- To serve
- grated carrot
- 2-3 Tasti Walnut Halves
- sprinking of Tasti Dessicated Coconut
- sprinkling of Ceres Organics Ground Cinnamon
1 Place all ingredients in Kenwood blender and pulse to mix.
2 Pour smoothie into a bowl. Top with carrot, walnuts, coconut and cinnamon before serving.
