- 2 cups almond and coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped dark chocolate
1 Place milk and 1 cup water in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil.
2 Add chocolate and cook, stirring, for 1–2 minutes or until chocolate melts.
2 Pour hot chocolate into 2 glasses and serve.
