Cream cheese, pear, seeds and maple syrup toast topper

- 2 slices wholegrain toast
- 4 teaspoons extra-light cream cheese spread
- 1 firm ripe pear, cored, sliced
- 2 teaspoons sunflower seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 Spread toast with cream cheese spread. Top with pear and sunflower seeds.
2 Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
