- 120g low-fat frozen yoghurt (we used Tip Top)
- 8 oat biscuits, mixed berry flavour (we used Nairn’s)

Dietary fibre 1g
1 Soften yoghurt in a bowl then divide into 4 even amounts.
2 Place yoghurt portions on 4 of the oat biscuits. Top each with another oat biscuit and serve immediately.
