Ingredients

- 1 cup almond meal
- ¼ cup rice flour
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 2 tablespoons golden syrupmaple syrup corn syrupX
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup ripe mashed banana
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 180°C and line an oven tray with baking paper.
2 In a large bowl, combine all ingredients to form a dough.
3 Make 20 balls and place on prepared tray. Flatten lightly with the heel of your hand and place in hot oven to cook for 15-20 minutes, or until golden. Allow to cool on the tray.
