Ramen noodle soup with wontons
(at time of publication)
- 150g ramen noodles
- 1 teaspoon reduced-salt chicken or vegetable stock powder
- 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables
- 3-4 store-bought frozen prawn wontons
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 teaspoon reduced-salt soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
1 Place noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside.
2 Combine stock powder with 1 1/2 cups boiling water in a large bowl. Add frozen vegetables and wontons. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Stir baby spinach through broth.
3 Drain reserved noodles and place in a large serving bowl. Pour broth and wontons over noodles, drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil and serve.
