  • 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 teaspoons hoisin sauce
  • handful peanuts
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • ½ red cabbage
  • thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • handful crispy noodles
  • 1 iceberg lettuce

    1 Pan-fry pork or chicken mince with a bit of sweet chilli and hoisin sauce until done.

    2 Then mix in a few peanuts, sliced carrot, red cabbage, ginger, bean sprouts and crispy noodles.

    3 Everyone spoons the mixture into a lettuce leaf, wraps and enjoys.
