Savoury nuts

    • 100g macadamia nuts
    • 150g raw cashew nuts
    • 2 tablespoons reduced-salt soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
    • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

    1   Preheat oven to 180ºC. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

    2   Combine nuts in a large bowl and add soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Mix well to combine.

    3   Place nuts on prepared tray and spread out evenly. Bake for 13-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, or until nuts are coloured. Cool on tray, then store in an airtight container.
