Frozen raspberry sorbet

Instructions
1 Place raspberries and cranberry juice in a bowl.
2 Use a food processor or a stick blender to blend until smooth.
3 Serve immediately or pour mixture into an ice-block mould and store in the freezer.
Variations
Raspberry rosewater mini cones (pictured)
Have 4 mini waffle cones at hand. Double the quantity of Frozen raspberry sorbet and add 1/2 teaspoon rosewater and 1 sprig mint to the mix. Scoop into cones to serve.
