  • 2 thick slices wholemeal raisin bread
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat ricotta
  • 1 nectarine, sliced
  • ½ cup fresh berries
  • 1 tablespoon dried fruit, nut and seed mix
  • 1 teaspoon honey, to serve

    1 Toast bread. Spread with ricotta, then top with nectarine, berries and nut mix. Serve drizzled with honey.

    Variations

    Replace nectarines and berries with any seasonal fresh fruit.

    ➜ Serve drizzled with maple syrup instead of honey.
