Yummy summery fish tacos
Ingredients
- 2 small corn sweetcornXtortillas (I used Tio Pablo)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- ½ cup red cabbage, sliced
- 120g cooked fish (salmon or white fish), hot or cold
- hot sauce, to taste
- lime wedges, to serve

Instructions
1 Heat tacos following packet directions.
2 Fill tacos with salad ingredients and fish. Top with hot sauce and serve with lime wedges.
