

Chocolate chip and pistachio ice cream

- 2 medium-sized bananas, sliced in chunks, frozen completely
- 3 tablespoons light condensed milk
- ⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons pistachios

Instructions
1 Place banana in a food processor and blend until bananas form a soft ice-cream consistency (see basic recipe).
2 Add condensed milk and process once more. Stir in chocolate chips and pistachios. Place in a freezer-proof container. Freeze for 1 hour before serving.
Variations
Make it dairy free: Leave out the condensed milk – the ice cream will still be delicious.
