Creamy mustard pork steaks

Ingredients
- 4 x 180g pork leg steaks
- 2 tablespoons seeded mustard
- 185ml light and creamy evaporated milk
- 4 handfuls rocketarugulaX leaves
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
1 Season pork steaks with cracked pepper. Heat a non-stick frying pan to a medium heat and spray with cooking oil.
2 Add the steaks and cook for 2 minutes each side. Spread each steak with mustard and pour in evaporated milk – simmer gently for 4 minutes, until slightly thickened.
3 In a bowl, combine rocket, tomatoes and red onion. Serve pork steaks with the rocket salad and boiled new potatoes or rice.
