This creamy smoked fish dip is perfect any time of the day, so easy and quick to make in 5 minutes, a delicious wintery fireside appetizer or snack.

- 1 ½ cups flaked smoked fish such as kahawai
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
- dash Worcestershire sauce
- ½ lemon, juice
- freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1 Place ingredients in a food processor or a bowl if using a stick blender. Process until combined. Or simply mash ingredients together with a fork for a chunkier texture. If needed, thin with extra lemon juice or water.
