

Gingerbread granola
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oatsoatmeal uncookedX
- 110g Sunbeam Australian Macadamia Halves
- 150g Sunbeam Australian Natural Cashews
- 75g Sunbeam Australian Blanched Almonds
- ¾ cup Sunbeam SultanasGolden RaisinsX
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1½ teaspoons ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 80g coconut flakes

Instructions
1 Preheat the oven to 180℃. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
2 In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix well with a wooden spoon until all well combined.
3 Spread the mixture across the 2 prepared baking trays. Place into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing the granola after 10 minutes.
4 Remove from the oven and allow granola to cool completely before storing in airtight containers, or jars.
