- pears (allow 1 per serve)
- orange juice
- maple syrup or passionfruit pulp
1 Quarter the pears and remove cores. Squeeze a little orange juice over the pear quarters and sprinkle with sugar.
2 Place pears under a hot grill until golden, caramelised and tender.
3 Drizzle with maple syrup or passionfruit pulp.
