Nut butter, berries and cocoa toast topper
- 2 slices wholegrain toast
- 2 teaspoons natural nut butter (such as almond butter or cashew butter)
- 6 strawberries
- ¼ cup blueberries
- ¼ teaspoon cocoa powder, to dust
1 Spread toast with nut butter.
2 Hull and thinly slice 6 strawberries and arrange on toast. Top with blueberries.
3 Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
Make it gluten free: Use gluten-free bread and check cocoa is gluten free.
