Prawn kebabs with lemon parsley couscous

- prawn (or salmon) kebabs
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 packet couscous
- 1 lemon

Instructions
1 Boil the jug and place the couscous in a glass bowl. Just cover the couscous with boiling water, put a plate over the top of the bowl and set aside for 10 minutes.
2 Heat a frying pan, griddle pan or barbecue with a spray of oil. Cook the kebabs briefly until done to your liking (no longer than 8 minutes).
3 Chop the parsley, zest the lemon (or grate the rind with a grater) and toss the parsley and lemon through the couscous with a fork.
