
Stir-fried beef and Brussels sprouts

Ingredients

- 300g Brussels sprouts, shredded
- 3 teaspoons sesame oil
- 500g beef fillet, cut in strips
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ¼ head cabbage, shredded
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup sweet chilli sauce
- 4 cups cooked basmati rice
Instructions
1 Microwave Brussels sprouts in a little water until just tender. Set aside.
2 Add 2 teaspoons sesame oil to a wok and place over a high heat. Cook beef in batches for 3 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a plate.
3 Add the remaining oil to wok. Cook onions, garlic and cabbage for 2 minutes or until soft. Add Brussels sprouts, beef, lemon juice and sweet chilli sauce to wok. Cook, stirring, for 1-2 more minutes. Serve over rice.
