

Tasty mince pizza flat bread
Ingredients
- 1 x ¼ portion Tasty mince ground beefXmix (see tip)
- 1 portion Tomato sauce mix (see tip)
- 1 portion Scone mix (see tip)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 6 cups mixed salad greens

Instructions
1 Place mince in pan and heat through. Meanwhile preheat oven to 190°C.
2 Divide dough into 4 even-sized balls and then on a lightly floured surface roll out each to 16cm rounds. Place on a lightly greased tray.
3 Cover with some tomato sauce then top with mince and grated cheese.
4 Cook pizza in oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and dough is firm. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve with salad and a dressing of balsamic vinegar if you prefer.
