Mince stir-fry noodles
(at time of publication)
- 1 x ½ portion Tasty mince ground beefXmix (see tip)
- 1 head broccoli
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled, sliced
- 200g rice vermicelli
1 Heat mince in a pan over a gentle heat. Boil or steam vegetables. Plunge noodles in boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
2 Drain noodles and vegetables. Place noodles in a large serving dish and add mince and veges. Toss lightly.
Serve with chopped fresh herbs (such as coriander) and lime wedges.
