Smoothie bowls are the perfect breakfast when you don't feel like having breakfast. They're colourful and flavoursome and as much a feast for the eyes as they are for the tastebuds. This tropical smoothie bowl is like a vacation for your mouth!

Ingredients

- Smoothie
- 1 frozen sliced banana
- 100ml unsweetened almond and coconut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen diced mango
- 1 teaspoon coconut flakes
- Toppings
- handful of pineapple chunks
- pulp of 1 passionfruit
- handful of fresh raspberries
- handful pink grapefruit segments
- 1 teaspoon coconut flakes

Instructions
1 Blend smoothie ingredients with a handful of ice.
2 Pour smoothie into a bowl and add toppings.
Variations
Use whatever combinations you like! Try mango, kiwifruit, avocado, baby spinach and mint for a zesty green smoothie bowl.
