Beef skewers with potato curry

Ingredients

- 8 bamboo skewers
- 500g beef steak such as rump, cut in cubes
- 1 tablespoon curry paste
- 800g potatoes, peeled, cut in big cubes
- spray oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 cups frozen green beans
- 400g can Wattieís Indian-style tomatoes
Instructions
1 Mix beef with curry paste then thread onto bamboo skewers.
2 Boil potatoes until cooked then drain. Meanwhile, heat oil spray in a frying pan and cook onion over a medium heat until softened. Add potatoes, green beans and tomatoes. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until beans are cooked.
3 While potato mixture is simmering grill or pan-fry beef skewers. Serve with potato bean mixture.
