- 500g low-fat cottage cheese
- ½ cup low-fat milk
- ½ cup freshly grated parmesan
1 Combine all ingredients in blender.
Traditional cheese sauce: 511kJ per serve, 9g fat per serve (4091kJ energy and 73g fat total using whole milk and full-fat cheese and butter).
