Nutty salad and feta wrap

A tasty, vegetarian wrap recipe for one, we have combined the sweetness of peanut butter and saltiness and slight tang of feta cheese to create a flavour bomb in your mouth!
Serves: 1

Ingredients
Units: Metric | Imperial (US)
- 1 wholemeal wrap or tortilla
- 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- 1 small or ½ large tomato, sliced
- 1 tablespoon crumbled feta
- ¾ cup slaw or chopped salad
- dash hot sauce (optional)

Instructions
1 Spread wrap with peanut butter. Top with tomato and feta. Add salad and hot sauce (if using). Roll up, cut in half and serve.
Variations
Make it gluten free: Use a gluten-free wrap and check hot sauce (if using) is gluten free.

This is such a tasty wrap – would never have thought of using peanut butter and feta together – but it is really yummy!

A delicious burst of flavours and texture! Crunchy slaw, sweet and salty peanut butter plus feta, and juicy tomatoes. I tried adding some sweet corn into the mix and it was amazing as well. This recipe is now a staple at home!
