
Spicy pork stir-fry

Ingredients

- spray oil
- 400g pork butterfly steak, fat removed, cubed
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons salt-reduced soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
- 2 teaspoons chilli paste
- 2 cup mushrooms, chopped
- 1 red capsicum, chopped
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 400g udon noodles
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Instructions
1 Heat a large frying pan or wok with oil. Add pork, Worcestershire and soy sauces, garlic and chilli paste and stir well for 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms, capsicum and broccoli and turn up heat so ingredients begin to brown.
2 Add noodles. Coat well with sauce and fry for a couple of minutes. Add eggs to pan, mix in and stir-fry quickly. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
