Chicken and three-cheese pizza
1 Preheat oven to 220°C. Roll out each dough ball to 20-22cm round.
2 Top each dough round with tomato sauce. Sprinkle over curry powder. Mix cheeses together and add to pizzas. Top with chicken and vegetables, reserving some spinach leaves for garnish. Season with pepper. Spray with oil.
3 Place on preheated pizza stone or baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes or until base is golden brown.
4 Top with remaining spinach leaves and serve.
