- 6 wholegrain wraps
- ½ cup ricotta
- 250g sliced rare roast beef
- 200g oil-free roasted red capsicum, cut into thin strips
- 250g green beans, boiled or steamed and refreshed under cold water
- 8 cups baby rocketarugulaX
1 On a clean work surface, place wraps. Spread ricotta evenly over each wrap. Top with roast beef, capsicum, beans and rocket. Roll up firmly.
2 To serve, slice wraps in half and divide among 6 plates.
Make it gluten free: Use gluten-free wraps and check beef is gluten free.
Make it low FODMAP: Use gluten-free wraps and check roast beef is onion and garlic free, if seasoned.
These wraps are also delicious served toasted.
