Spicy peanut dip
(at time of publication)
- ½ cup (130g)silken tofu
- ½ cup no-added-salt-or-sugar peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons chilli sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt-reduced soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
1 Place ingredients in a food processor or a bowl if using a stick blender, with 2 tablespoons water. Process until combined. Or simply mash all ingredients together with a fork for a chunkier texture. If needed, thin with lime juice or water.
