Caprese salad skewers
Ingredients
- 20 small skewers
- 20 baby bocconcini balls
- 20 basil leaves
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, to serve
- cracked black pepper, to serve

Instructions
1 Slide a bocconcini onto each skewer, followed by a basil leaf and, finally, a cherry tomato.
2 Serve on a platter, drizzled with olive oil and seasoned with black pepper.
