- 1 cup (150g) frozen edamame beans, thawed in microwave for 1 minute
- 1 tablespoon miso paste
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- juice of ½ lemon
- handful fresh mint
- dash hot sauce, such as Tabasco
Instructions
1 Place ingredients in a food processor, or a bowl if using a stick blender, with 2 tablespoons water. Process until combined. Or simply mash all ingredients together with a fork for a chunkier texture. If needed, thin with extra lemon juice or water.
