- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bag cauliflower pearls (approx 300g-400g)
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- zest and juice of ½ lemon
1 Place oil in a large frying pan and set over medium heat. Stir in cauliflower pearls and sprinkle with a little salt. Cover pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, until cauliflower is as tender as you like.
2 Spoon cauliflower into a large serving bowl. Garnish with parsley, sprinkle with lemon juice and season to taste. Serve warm.
