

Zombie feet
Ingredients
- 200g dip such as hummus
- 2 small Lebanese cucumbers
- ½ cup cashew nut halves

Instructions
1 Spread dip over a large serving plate.
2 Wash cucumbers. Cut each one in 5cm-thick slices, 3 slices from each cucumber. Cut each slice again lengthwise to give 6 pieces. These are the feet.
3 Push three cashew nuts – the claws – into the soft part of cucumber ‘feet’. Place cucumber pieces flat-side down on the plate of hummus.
