Pumpkin miso mash

- 500g peeled, chopped pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon white miso paste
- ¼ cup skim milk
1 Steam, microwave or roast pumpkin until tender.
2 Place pumpkin in a blender or processor with miso paste and milk. Blend until smooth and silky, adding more milk if needed. Season with white pepper.
